Shipping Information

You will recieve a E-mail from FedEx the day your order ships with all tracking information, as well as
the exact delivery date.

Live plant goods are processed, packed, and shipped at the proper planting time for your hardness zone, unless you
want them shipped right away.



Please note that credit cards are billed at time of order.

Your order may arrive in separate boxes, and in this case all shipping charges will be applied at the time of order.  This
will not affect the total cost of your order.

Nursery stock is perishable. All shipments should be immediately and carefully unpacked and inspected on arrival and
then placed in proper storage. Any problems with the condition or quality or quantity of goods received should be
brought to our attention immediately. In the rare event that you should receive a package that is obviously damaged in
delivery,

In the case you recieve a damaged package, please report it to FedEx and refuse the
package, then call us to inform us of the problem, and we will promptly ship you a
replacement order.

lbs. for delivery within 1 to 5 business days. We even deliver on

Replacement
Information
We guarantee all our plants of 1gal. size and larger for 1 year and certify them to be healthy and
disease free and to be true to variety. It is very important that you save your On-Line invoice just in
case you happen to need a replacement.

A plant refund is based on the plant cost. Customer pays Shipping and Handling charges. If any product
was damaged in shipping, or you are not happy with it, please notify us within 48 hours from receipt and
save all contents and packaging. We reserve the right to request a return of trees.

The customer pays for shipping and packaging on replacements .... thats all they pay.

Returns:
Since plants are perishable items, nursery stock cannot be returned without our permission. Customer
will be responsible for all shipping and processing charges. We do not refund shipping cost to customers
to return their plants to us. By accepting nursery stock, customer accepts seller’s terms and conditions
of sale, which constitute the entire agreement. In no circumstance will our liability be greater than the
cost paid for the customer’s order.
